Privacy Policy

This policy explains what RNDL Interactive collects when you use this website or our products, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

RNDL Interactive is an independent software studio based in the Philippines, founded on July 29, 2026. It is the trade name of RNDL-INTERACTIVE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES, a sole proprietorship owned by Randall Ofreneo Tan and registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Philippines under DTI Business Name Registration No. 8434183.

We are the personal information controller for the data described here. Our registered address is Mayao Kanluran, Lucena City, Region IV-A (CALABARZON), Philippines. For any question about this policy, or to exercise any right described below, email hello@rndlinteractive.com Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 (UTC+08:00, Philippine Standard Time).

What we collect

When you contact us. The name, email address, optional company name and message you submit through the contact form. We use it to reply to you and to keep a record of the enquiry. Nothing more.

When you use our products. Account details handled by our authentication provider, the content you choose to create, and payment records returned by our payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers.

Each product also publishes its own privacy notice covering what it specifically collects — uploaded files, for instance, or anything a product makes publicly viewable. Where the two differ, the product’s own notice is the one that applies to that product. You will find it linked in that product’s footer.

Technical data. Aggregate, privacy-respecting usage analytics and server logs — pages viewed, approximate region, browser type, and errors. We use these to keep the service working and to decide what to build next.

What we never do

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not send marketing email to an address you gave us for support or an enquiry.

Processors we rely on

Running a product means trusting a small number of vendors. We use them for hosting and content delivery, authentication, database hosting, payment processing, file storage, email delivery, and product analytics. Each receives only the data needed for its function, and each is bound by its own agreement with us.

Most of them operate outside the Philippines, so your information is processed abroad. We remain accountable for it under the Data Privacy Act wherever it is held, and we choose vendors that commit to a comparable level of protection. We will name any of them on request.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful to the conversation and then deleted. Product data is kept while your account is active. Payment and transaction records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) you may ask to access, correct, object to the processing of, or erase your personal information, and to have it provided in a portable form. Email us and we will action it within a reasonable period, usually far sooner than the law requires.

You may also lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. You do not have to raise it with us first.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Access to production systems is restricted, credentials are never stored in the browser, and authorisation is enforced on the server for every request — not in the interface. No system is perfect; if a breach affects you, we will tell you and the National Privacy Commission as required.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date above changes with it and, where the change affects existing customers, we will say so directly.
